  • Apple iPhone
  • HTC Dream
  • Nokia E series handsets

A reduction on the general excess level is offered to customers who have had continuous insurance cover for the following periods and no claim has been lodged in that period:

  • $nil for more than 24 months
  • $75 for SmartPhones including Apple iPhones

We agree to provide insurance protection subject to the Terms, Conditions and Exclusions set out below for an event occurring during any period or insurance for which You have paid to Us or Our agent the required premium. Information provided in the PDS and FSG below will help you decide if BEST Mobile Insurance is right for you.  Customers are required to have both an active phone plan under contract with BEST telecom as well as having purchased a qualifying handset from BEST telecom.
