The BEST Wireless Broadband service is supplied in accordance with the terms of the BEST Wireless Broadband Standard Form of Agreement. You must comply with these terms including our Acceptable Use Policy when using the service. The service is a Broadband Internet service and provides access to the Internet and related services. The service provides a connection to the Internet via the Optus Mobile 'yes' G/3G and GSM networks. The service is available to residential customers who connect to a new BEST Wireless Broadband service on a 24 month contract. All residential accounts must be in the same name and address to be eligible for yes Rewards. All applications for the service are subject to credit assessment, and acceptance. The service is only available to customers within the Optus 'yes' G/3G or GSM coverage area and is subject to network availability, refer to http://www.optus.com.au/coverage. #International roaming data is NOT included in the monthly allowances with pricing being set by International carriers. BEST Wireless Broadband plans may only be used as a data plan. You should not use the supplied SIM to access (and may not be able to access) other services such as Voice calls, International voice calls, Voice Mail, International SMS, premium and Third Party SMS, MMS, International MMS, 1300, 1900. If you are able to access such services, your use of such services will be charged at prevailing rates. Data usage will be counted in kilobytes, where 1024kb = 1MB and includes both uploads and downloads.
Your pricing plan may set out a maximum amount of included data that you can use to download and upload at high speed in a billing month. If you exceed your plan's included monthly data allowance, excess usage will be charged at $0.15 per MB or part thereof. You are able to obtain an indication of your megabyte usage via the on-line usage feature in member services. Any unused data allowance cannot be rolled over. If the supplied SIM card is used in an alternate device (such as a different Optus Wireless Device or in an Optus mobile phone) such usage will count towards your plan's data allowance.
Software Requirements: You must meet the minimum system requirements as per the wireless data device packaging to connect to the service. Subject to your rights under the Trade Practices Act, we does not make any warranty regarding the software or data provided to you as it operates on your computer and interacts with your other applications. Cancellation Fees If you cancel your service before the end of the agreed contract term you will incur a cancellation fee as follows: If you are connected on a 24 month contract and the service is cancelled: 0-12 months a fixed cancellation fee of $245; or 13-15 80% of the cancellation fee, eg. $195; or 16-18 60% of the cancellation fee, eg. $147; or 19-21 40% of the cancellation fee, eg. $98; or 22-24 20% of the cancellation fee, eg. $49; and
plus any remaining modem repayments, if applicable.

Optus ’yes’ G service Use of Optus ’yes' G Service is only available with compatible handsets, an Optus ’yes’ G SIM card and you must be in a Optus ’yes’ G coverage area. The Optus ‘yes’ G Network refers to our 3G 2100/900 MHz network. To access the ‘yes’ G network you’ll require a ‘yes’ G handset or device. To access Optus’ 3G services, you will require a 2100 MHz band compatible handset and be within an Optus 3G coverage area. Outside these areas, service will fall back to our GSM/GPRS network. This Network is great for people who want to do more than just make & receive calls and sms messages. The Optus 3G Network also allows users to do things such as video calls, wireless broadband, internet browsing, send picture messages and video streaming. The Optus 3G network covers 80% of the Australian population, making it ideal for users who live in major metropolitan areas of Australia. When outside the 3G coverage areas, users can still access the Optus 2G Network to send and receive voice and sms messages. As Optus continues to roll out speed upgrades across the Optus dual band network, customers with devices capable of higher speed specifications will get the best out of their Optus service when they are out and about.
